隔姜灸疗法改善大学生阳虚体质的疗效观察OACSTPCD

Objective To observe the effect of ginger-partitioned moxibustion on improving the yang deficiency constitution in college students.Methods Sixty participants with yang deficiency constitution were randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with ginger-partitioned moxibustion,with 3 moxibustion cones per acupoint,while the control group received warm moxibustion with moxibustion box for 20 minutes per session.Acupoints inclu-ding Zusanli(both),Shenque,Guanyuan,Qihai,vital gate,Shenshu(both),and Pishu(both)were alternately moxibusted in two groups,with each course of treatment lasting for 20 days and a total of 2 courses of treatment.The scores of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Classification and Determination Self-test Table,tongue manifestation,pulse manifestation,and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of the yang deficiency consti-tution scale in both groups decreased significantly compared to before treatment(P＜0.05),with a significantly lower transformation rate of yang deficiency in the control group than in the observation group(P＜0.05).The tongue manifestation and pulse manifesta-tion in the observation group improved significantly compared to before treatment;the overall response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(66.7％vs.31.6％;P＜0.05).Conclusion ginger-partitioned moxibustion can effectively ameliorate clinical symptoms of yang deficiency constitution in college students,indicating better efficacy than warm moxibustion with moxibustion box.
