目的 比较胸苷激酶1(TK1)在不同临床及病理类型乳腺癌中的表达,并探讨其临床意义.方法 回顾性分析2017年1月-2017年12月我院收治的乳腺癌患者96例,检测其TK1水平,比较不同临床及病理特征患者的TK1表达差异,并分析其在乳腺癌诊疗过程中的临床价值.结果 肿瘤直径>2.0 cm的乳腺癌患者TK1表达水平显著高于直径≤2.0 cm者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).三阴性乳腺癌患者TK1表达水平明显高于非三阴性乳腺癌者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).TK1表达水平与患者年龄、病理分级、淋巴结状态、激素受体及HER-2水平之间无明显相关性(P>0.05).结论 TK1在肿瘤直径>2.0 cm及三阴性乳腺癌患者中表达率较高,提示TK1在乳腺癌的发生发展中具有重要意义,值得临床进一步研究.

Objective To compare the expression of Thymidine Kinase 1 (TK1) in different clinical and pathological types of breast cancer and to explore its clinical significance. Methods In this retrospective study, 96 patients with breast cancer were enrolled. They were divided into different groups according to age, tumor size, pathological grades, lymph node status, ER, PR and HER-2 status. The expres-sions of TK1 in different groups of breast cancer patients were compared. Results The expression of TK1 in breast cancer patients with tumor diameter >2 cm was significantly higher than that in patients with diameter ≤2 cm (P<0.05). The TK1 expression in triple-negative breast cancer patients was also significantly higher than in non-triple negative breast cancer patients (P<0.05). However, there were no significant differences about the expression of TK1 between the patients with different ages, pathological grades, lymph node status, ER, PR, and HER-2 status (P>0.05). Conclusion The TK1 is highly expressed in patients with tumor diameter >2.0 cm and triple-negative breast cancer. It suggests that TK1 is of great significance in the progression of breast cancer and is worthy of further clinical study.
