Discussion on how the activated carbon affected the weak reducing atmosphere in coal ash fusibility test

通过对不同规格型号的活性炭进行灰熔融性测试,以检测不同规格型号的活性炭对煤灰熔融性测试中弱还原性气氛的影响。通过相应的试验数据分析表明,在使用不同规格型号的活性炭时,均需采用标准物质测定法,即按国标 GB/T 219—2008《煤灰熔融性的测试方法》中的要求对碳物质进行相关调整。

By using different types of activated carbon to do ash fusibility test,how the different types of activated carbon affected the weak reducing atmosphere in coal ash fusibility test was studied.Through analysis of relative experimental data,it was indicated that the standard substance determination method should be adopted when using different types of activated carbon,that is to say,the carbon substance should be adjusted according to GB/T 219-2008 Determination of fusibility of coal ash.
